American Homes, LLC, a residential home building company, was formed in Springfield, Missouri in October of 2003. Recognizing the need for residential home development in Southwest Missouri, American Homes has quickly become a presence in the competitive home building industry in the area. American Homes was created as an affiliate company to American Equities of Missouri, Inc., a residential and commercial real estate development company. The residential community inside Jamestown, Patriot Place, will be exclusively built by American Homes. Patriot Place is planned as a colonial themed subdivision consisting of 105 affordable single-family homes ranging from 1400-2400 sq/ft.
