Liberty Square is a planned 94 lot patio home subdivision, comprising of 188 total residential lots, located in Rogersville, Missouri. Liberty Square has recently been annexed into the Rogersville city limits and rezoned for Patio Homes. The development is in a great location. It is located just south of the Jamestown project, along Farm Road 186. It lies less than a half mile from the newly proposed Rogersville Community Center; complete with an aquatic center, work-out facilities, soccer fields, baseball diamonds, and tennis courts. This new center combined with the Jamestown community will be the center of activity and hub for the residents and patrons of Rogersville and the surrounding areas. The subdivision will help support the new services in the Jamestown Development. Liberty Square is in perfect proximity and will attract growth as the sole Patio Home project on the south side of Highway 60.
