Scott
R. Thompson, CFO / V.P.
Scott received a BS degree in Construction Management from Brigham
Young University and a Masters in Business Administration from Marylhurst
University. Work experience includes 9 years with a national commercial
bank (NYSE:MTB) as a commercial lender specializing in
construction and developments loans. In addition, Scott has run
a successful consulting business to homebuilding and developing
companies. Clients include companies with annual revenues ranging
from $1MM to over $50MM. Edika S. Cope, IT Director
Edika received a BS degree in Management Information Systems from
the Marriott School of Management, Brigham Young University. She
worked in Seattle as a programmer analyst for a Fortune 500 company
and in Utah as a software engineer for a cutting-edge technology
company. Edika has extensive experience in project management and
supervises the information systems for AEM. Jeremy P. Gartz, Project Management
Jeremy recently graduated from California State University at Long
Beach with a BS degree in Business Management with an emphasis in
Marketing. Jeremy founded and operated an adventure tour company
in the Vavau Islands in the Kingdom of Tonga and has traveled
extensively throughout the South Pacific. Jeremy brings a wealth
of marketing experience to AEM. Jeremy was recently married in Tonga,
and he and his wife now live in Rogersville, Missouri with three
children. David A. Cope, General Contractor
Dave has extensive experience and expertise in the homebuilding
industry. He has worked as a foreman at the Robert Redford Sundance
Resort and has worked on several Hollywood sets for commercial and
movie productions. Dave grew up in the industry with his father
in construction and has been
actively building homes in the Springfield area for the past five
years with price ranges of $150,000 to $750,000. Daves experience
has helped AEMs homebuilding edition, American Homes, grow
and expand. Rick McGee, Broker
Rick has been a real estate agent and broker for the past 17 years
in the Springfield market. Rick has a large network of associates
and realtors in which he has developed several key relationships
with the major commercial and residential brokers in the greater
Springfield area. He has sold over 100 million in real estate and
was the former owner of Springfield area's Assist 2 Sell where he
started the company in 1995 and sold it in 2005. Rick lives in Springfield
with his 3 children. Penny Jackson, Office Manager
Penny
received a BS degree in Business Management from Missouri State
University. She plays an integral part in the daily operations of
AEM's office. She has extensive experience in real estate and assists
in all functions of the AEM group of companies.
